Your Judge.me reviews, answering the question that decides the sale

Your reviews work hard on a product page, then stop the moment a shopper opens a chat instead of scrolling. Connect Judge.me to AeonicX and the assistant answers with your real ratings, your customers' own words, and the honesty that makes either one worth believing.

Where reviews stop working

You collected them. She never scrolled that far.

A shopper with a specific doubt does not read fourteen reviews to resolve it. She asks, or she leaves. Judge.me put the answer on your site. This puts it in the conversation, where the doubt actually gets voiced.

Nothing about your reviews changes. They stay in Judge.me, displayed the way you display them, moderated the way you moderate them. AeonicX only reads them.

On the product page

Fourteen reviews, sorted by recent, below the fold. Useful to a shopper who is still reading.

In the chat

A shopper's last doubt gets answered by your customers

Nobody buys hair extensions without wondering whether they stay put. Your product page answers that somewhere below the fold, in a review the shopper has already scrolled past. Asked directly, the assistant answers with the rating, the number of customers behind it, and the sentence one of them actually wrote.

Judge.medata behind this answer

  • 4.7 average rating
  • 318 published reviews
  • A five star verified quote

Every reply above is the assistant's own words, produced on the same model your shoppers talk to, with a catalog and a review feed behind it in exactly the form your store would send. Nothing here was written by hand.

Inside the chat

The proof rides along with the product

When the assistant recommends something, the card carries the star rating, the review count and one verified customer's sentence. Tapping it opens the product page on your store.

What changes for your store

Six things you get on the day you connect

It answers the question that decides the sale

A shopper asking whether something holds all day, runs small or suits her hair is asking to be reassured by somebody other than you. That is what a review is, and until now it only existed on a page she had already stopped reading.

It recommends what customers actually kept

Ratings and review volume rank your catalog, after how well a product matches what was asked. Your best sellers get recommended because customers made them best sellers, not because they matched the most keywords.

It is honest, which is what makes it trusted

The assistant reports criticism on a mixed product and says so plainly. That loses the occasional sale and prevents the return, the one star review and the support ticket that would have followed.

Every new review earns its keep twice

Two customers mentioning the same thing become a theme with a number behind it. Reviews you were collecting for social proof now also train the thing that talks to your customers at 2am.

It costs nothing extra to run

Reviews are read on a schedule and on webhooks, not on every conversation. A store with fifty thousand reviews costs the same per message as a store with fifty. There is no per review pricing and nothing to meter.

Nothing about your store changes

No new reviews to collect, no theme edits, no change to how your Judge.me widgets display. The reviews you already have start answering questions the day you connect.

The guarantees

What AeonicX never does with your reviews

Write anything back to Judge.me

AeonicX asks for read access only. It cannot edit, reply to, delete or publish a review, and the scopes we request do not permit it.

Show a review you have not published

Unpublished, archived and spam-marked reviews are dropped before anything reaches the assistant. Unpublish one in Judge.me and it is gone from the chat within seconds.

Store your reviewers' personal data

Email, phone, customer ID, IP address, surname and photo URLs all arrive with a review and are discarded at ingest. Only the abbreviated name your widget already shows in public is kept.

Treat a review as a fact about your product

Reviews are evidence behind a recommendation. They never answer a shipping, ingredients, sizing or policy question, and they are never turned into a health claim.

Round a rating, or trim a quote

A 3.4 is stated as 3.4. A customer's sentence is used whole or not at all, because cutting one in half is how a qualified review becomes an unqualified one.

Questions

Judge.me and AeonicX, answered

Does this work on the free Judge.me plan?

Yes. The integration works on any Judge.me plan, including the free one. On the AeonicX side it needs Pro or Max, since both include the product catalog that reviews attach to.

Do I need to collect new reviews?

No. AeonicX reads the reviews you have already collected. A store with years of reviews gets the most out of it on day one.

Can the assistant edit or reply to my reviews?

No. Access is read only. AeonicX consumes reviews, it never manages them, and the permissions it asks Judge.me for do not allow a write of any kind.

What happens when I unpublish or delete a review?

It stops being used. Updates arrive as they happen, and a full reconcile runs daily so a deleted review cannot linger.

Will it hide bad reviews to get the sale?

No, and that is deliberate. Ratings and the star spread are computed over every review. When criticism of a product is a genuine pattern, the assistant says so before the shopper pays.

What if I use a different reviews app?

Loox is supported the same way. You connect one reviews app, not both, and you can switch at any time.
